Meet Our Staff

As a Petaluma native, Mitch is proud of building a company that supports his home community. After graduating from Casa Grande High School, Mitch joined his father in the insurance business. 25 years later he’s still enjoying the profession, now as a Licensed Real Estate and Insurance Broker, with a specialization in Commercial Insurance Services, Workers’ Compensation, Employee Benefit Plans, and Real Estate Loans.

Most recently, Mitch has become the state director for Simply Rewards, a program which helps support local non-profits.

Deidra is a licensed Loan Officer & Insurance Producer, with over 15 years experience in the Real Estate & Insurance Industry.

Deidra has been married to Mitch White for over 17 years, and is a loving mother to their daughter Whitney.

Natalie is knowledgeable in both Commercial and Personal Lines of Insurance. Her specialist expertise extends to Business Owners Packages, Contractors Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Retail Storefront, and Commercial Auto concerns.

Nicole is a ambitious and hardworking insurance agent and the caring mother of 2 sons. She handles some aspects of our commercial accounts, and is also our life insurance specialist. She has been a long time resident of Petaluma and enjoys being able to bring quality insurance products and advise to her hometown.

Barbara has worked with Farmers for 16 years, focusing on Personal Lines and Customer Service. She assists Mitch White on Farmers Friendly Reviews (FFR) with her wealth of experience.

Jorge Valencia has over 15 years of customer service, sales and marketing experience. As a Spanish speaker, Jorge is proud help ensure that no member of our community is left behind. He is a licensed agent and looks forward to making a big impact in the world of insurance. Jorge excels when helping others and will gladly go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. He specializes in our Legal Shield program. His goal is to provide a great service experience and fully understand his client’s needs.

Chris join us from Aflac. He is excited to help the Mitch White Agency offer group medical and supplemental healthcare insurance.

Greg is proud to bring his 19 years of industry experience to the service of his clients. He specializes in Individual Life and Health Insurance, Long Term Care Plans, and Medicare Supplemental & Prescription Drug Plans. Greg also specializes in Annuities and is a Wealth Preservation Strategist. He is a Certified Agent with Covered California.

Jessie is excited to enter the world of insurance here at the Mitch White Agency, joining us from a background in similar professional administrative and recording keeping roles. She handles our outbound customer communications, document verification, and many other important data-management tasks here at the agency. Jessie is a mother of two lovely young ladies.

Lesley handles our agency claims, functioning as a liazon between our agency office and Farmers central claims. She loves working with our clients and is happy to be able to assist them in a time of need. Lesley works remotely with our office, she is located in Georgia.

Carolyn is Mitch’s mother, and manages the agency payroll, bookkeeping and HR document compliance. She is proud of the fine work her son does.
